Heute im Interview: Olga Kucherenko (RUS), Nr. 2 der Weltrangliste 2012 und regierende Vize-Weltmeisterin im Weitsprung.

RheinSpringen-Redaktion:
Ms. Kucherenko, are you satisfied with your season until now?

Olga Kucherenko:
Yes, I am satisfied as I show consistent results and season has just started.

RheinSpringen-Redaktion:
Is this your first stay in Cologne? What do you like about Cologne?

Olga Kucherenko:
Yes, it will be my first time in Cologne.

RheinSpringen-Redaktion:
Have you visited the contest-venue, the Rheinauhafen? What was your first impression?

Olga Kucherenko:
No, I didn’t. It is first time and will share my impressions as soon as I get there.

RheinSpringen-Redaktion:
What is your ambition for the 1. Buderus Kölner RheinSpringen?

Olga Kucherenko:
My ambition is to win your event.

RheinSpringen-Redaktion:
To your mind, who will be favorite?

Olga Kucherenko:
After meet we will see. Any of us deserves to win or be defeated.

RheinSpringen-Redaktion:
Do you have any plans for the Olympic Games in London?

Olga Kucherenko:
No, I don’t have any plans. I have to do RUS team for Olympics during National Champs in Cheboksary on 4th july.

RheinSpringen-Redaktion:
Do you got any special manner to shutdown the stress of the competitive sport?

Olga Kucherenko:
Until Competition I try to sleep as much as I can. During competition I strictly concentrate on my jump.
